I try to remember this statement when frustrated with a task or myself. It happens often because I expect to do things quickly and perfectly. The faster I go, the slower it is because of all the mistakes and mishaps. Sigh.

“It’s taking YOU a little longer because YOU aren’t lying, using people, scamming, manipulating, or selling your soul.”

It isn’t the fastest that always wins the race. It’s the most focused.
